A certified yoga instructor since 2010, Ashley was initially drawn to Power Yoga due to it’s athletic nature and fluidity. Over the years she has become a lover of all styles of yoga including hatha, yin and restorative. In addition to the physical practice Ashley loves how yoga has the ability to calm the mind and she incorporates meditation into her classes. Most students would describe Ashley’s classes as fun and well-paced with time to focus on breath and alignment. Ashley teaches from a place of love and respects where each student is in their journey. It’s hard to leave her class without a smile, you can tell she genuinely cares about each person and her energy is contagious.
Ashley has completed 3-200 hour teacher trainings: power, hatha and vinyasa flow yoga. She has studied with Ali Valdez (Sattva Yoga), Linda Burch (Hot Yoga Inc) & Piper Sandifer (Global Soul Yoga) and Jaime Scates Schmitz (Live, Love, Flow & Freedom Seeker Yoga).
