A six week series on the Chakras and the Light Body

When your body functions at its best you feel clear, vibrant, joyous, and happy! Learning to work with your energetic fields will open up new levels of vitality and unveil your inner luminosity. Throughout this series we will work with the chakras and the light body to cultivate a physical, mental, and spiritual life that is centered and healthy.

This series is designed to help you create a greater sense awareness of the energetic fields that shape your life. Using yoga, meditation, and shamanic practices we will work to clear obstacles that hold you back from living a life that if full of vitality and abundance.


About Jeni: Jeni Dahn is an experienced shamanic practitioner, energetic healer, and life coach who empowers her clients to reconnect with their inner wisdom and live authentic lives.

About Donte: I teach yoga because I love helping people discover that their true nature is to be healthy, joyous, and vibrant! I’m a urban yogi, but I teach universal truths that have been shared across all cultures throughout the ages. Driven by the belief that yoga should be accessible to everyone, I offer energetic flows with many options to increase or reduce sensation to meet the needs of every practitioner. The energy that I build throughout class is complimented by my grounding voice and compassionate nature. I’m a very unlikely yogi, so I’m naturally drawn to others who found the practice reluctantly…I know how you feel! After spending most of my life as a competitive athlete, I was encouraged to try yoga to offset my rigorous athletic training routine. Although my initial goal was simply to be able to touch my toes, after only a few classes I realized that the benefits of yoga are far greater than strengthening, lengthening, and balancing the body. It took me years to be able to touch my toes, but the one of the great lessons that I learned along the way is that it’s okay to bend my knees!
