In this specialized vinyasa, we will learn specific modifications for pregnancy while still flowing through postures that will keep you strong, prepare you for birth, and get you ready to hold (or chase) that little life you are bringing into the world. Good for those with a current or blossoming vinyasa practice, Yogi moms already pregnant or trying to get there, as well as those trying to come back to yoga after giving birth.
