Learn about the practice of inversions in this two-week series with Richard Guevara. You will uncover the gifts of attention; bringing your body and mind to a steady space where you can focus on intention. You will be able to begin and continue building essential types of strength for inversions. Expect a strong, smart, complete practice that will build your inversions and your confidence. We will zero in on specific regions of your body and learn multiple ways to enter inversions with safety as our first concern. We will work to open our shoulders, strengthen our core and upper back, all while finding the true length of our spine. Most importantly, we will build more confidence and understanding, as we lift off onto our hands, forearms and head.
Each session will build on the previous, however, students are welcome to join for a single session, or the whole two weeks. This series is perfect for all levels, from the those just learning to kick-up, to those who are already comfortable upside down.
