Winter is meant to slow us down so we can complete the seasonal cycle with rest, nourishment and healing. We’ll begin slowly with yin yoga and explore deep sensation. Once the body and mind are recalibrated to consciously feel, create new potential in the movement and strength of vinyasa yoga. Understanding your relationship to stillness and action brings our own version of balance into each day of the new year.
