Part of the immense power of Breathing Circles is generated by the community that is formed by those in the circle – the KULA. The circle provides a safe space to relax, laugh, sigh, sing, cry, or anything else that bubbles up to the surface as you heal!
This practice is done in savasana, so please dress in comfortable layers. Props will be available to make your journey more comfortable, but participants are encouraged to bring a small blanket or pillow of their own. If you have a special crystal, piece of jewelry, or other small item that you would like to have energetically cleansed, please bring it with you!
