Karma literally means action.  In this workshop you’ll be rolling up your sleeves and literally identifying key karmic patterns that keep you looped in the same cycles, relationships, and conflicts in your life.  You’ll then discover how to create new patterns that give you more of what you want in life.  In this workshop you will:

  • Identify key Karmic Patterns in your life
  • Discover how to shift those patterns right now
  • Practice specific mind strategies to allow a natural transition into the new patterns
  • Learn exactly how to find and transform karmic patterns on your own so you can get more of what you want in life and less of what you don’t.

This is a really powerful workshop.  Be ready to take look at your current patterns and excited to discover a new capacity of life without them!

About Chivito Cowa

Chivito Cowa is founder of the Living Enlightenment Foundation–an international community dedicated to sustainable living via evolution within the Self.  “Balance comes from within, contacting that awareness and extending it within our daily lives.  LEF is to root others within what to be aware of and the ability to be conscious participants.”  He serves as Director  of Hari Om Ashram in Pushkar India.  There he also teaches Ayurveda and teaches an I AM Shiva Course.

The Ashram is seasonal, September to February.  During the off season, Chivito Travels offering Ayurveda training, Community Live-in programs, and other services around the world.  He is dedicated to creating a global community striving to serve the community as a community, evolving within the Self.

Chivito Cowa strongly believes that before one can help another, one must first become the Product themselves, must be able to apply it within their own life, and have the experience of such application.  For Chivito Cowa, Ayurveda, Yoga, Spiritual practice and Community are not separate arts, or bodies of knowledge, but is a comprehensible whole, a single body of

consciousness.  It is a means of living, a means of thinking, it is a means of Being.  Chivito Cowa has dedicated himself to this pursuit and by the blessings of his Guru is directed to now serve the communities of this beatufiul world.

To know more of his journey, read his story here:

Chivito is a certified Ayurveda Practitioner and Pancha Karma Specialist (Ayurveda treatment and detoxification therapies). He has been studying and practicing Ayurveda since 2005.

Chivito has both traditional academic training and genuine immersion–training and interning with Ayurveda Dr.’s as well as with Self-Realized Baba’s of India.

“Every great teacher I’ve encountered has been a Master of Ayurveda. There was no distinction between the path of enlightenment and Ayurveda, there couldn’t be one without the other.” Chivito

Academically, Chivito is a graduate of the Kerala Ayurveda Academy and certified through the Chakrapani Ayurveda Clinic and Research Center in Jaipur India. He has interned at Kerala Ayurveda Seattle and India clinics, at the Pancha Karma center at Ammritapuri, and with lead physician and founder of Chakrapani Ayurveda Dr. Kotecha.

Chivito considers his real training however, to have come from specific Baba’s (holymen) who took Chivito under their wing. They infused Ayurveda and Yoga within one system of awareness that translated into Kashmiri Saivism. Though the medicinal branch of Ayurveda resides within the Sankhya Vedas, Saivism provided the remaining pieces that united everything into a monistic philosophy of awareness.

Combined with the technical theoretical training of Ayurveda, Chivito was initiated into various esoteric Yogas such as Swara Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and Kriya Yoga.

Chivito is also a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 1000hrs of Massage training including Swedish, Thai Massage, Abhyanga, Shirodhara, and Marma Point Therapy.

He has completed 500hrs of Yoga Teacher Training in both India and U.S. and training in Vipassana.

He has operated two clinic’s called Inner Silence Studio in Tacoma WA and Portland OR, is Co-creator of the Yoga Teacher’s training program in India at Hari Om Ashram where he serves as Director and Ayurveda Instructor during the season.

When not serving in India, Chivito is traveling sharing Ayurveda and Yoga around the world.
