Balance body and mind with an accessible Vinyasa + Yin Yoga journey. Begin with Vinyasa by stimulating heat in the upper body and focus on strength and mobility of shoulders and spine. Slow down with Yin yoga which concentrates on the lower body, hips and legs. Balancing the heat of contraction and the coolness of release, aids sleep, stimulates the organs, supports autonomic functions, and sends calming waves through the nervous system.
