This comprehensive, introductory 4-class series is designed for beginners or students new to Yoga. Learn the basic alignment and form of all of the postures that you will commonly practice in a Power Vinyasa class and how to modify when needed. You will also be introduced to Yoga philosophy, Pranayama (breath practices) and meditation. Each class builds on the previous one. . This class is taught in a room without added heat.
Demonstration, discussion, personal hands-on adjustments, and guided practice by Senior Instructor, Tina Templeman will provide you with a solid foundation.
