This comprehensive, introductory 6-class series is designed for beginners or students new to Yoga. Learn the basic alignment and form of all of the postures that you will commonly practice in a Power Vinyasa class and how to modify when needed. You will also be introduced to Yoga philosophy, pranayama (breath practices), and meditation. Each class builds on the previous one. This class is taught in a room without added heat. Demonstration, discussion, personal hands-on adjustments, and guided practice by Senior Instructor, Pamela Chang and assistants will provide you with a solid foundation.
