This foundational 4 class series is designed for people who want to learn how to practice yoga safely, strongly and efficiently. Learn the basic alignment and form of all of the postures that you will commonly practice in a Power Vinyasa class and how to modify when needed. You will also be introduced to Yoga philosophy, Pranayama (breath practices) and meditation. Each class builds on the previous one, and this class is taught in a room without added heat. Demonstration, discussion, personal hands-on adjustments, and guided practice by instructor, Pamela Chang will provide you with a solid foundation.
