Experience the benefits of meditation in this three week series with Dikla Kafka. We will sample a variety of meditation & pranayama techniques designed to help you harness the power of your mind for better focus and overall wellbeing. Many of us feel scattered or anxious throughout the day, but meditation allows our awareness to become more present, calm, and connected. Just by learning to meditate 20 minutes a day, one can expect a transformational shift in mind and body. Each session will build on the previous, however, students are welcome to join for a single session or all three. This workshop is open to all levels.
