Have you ever felt like you wanted to fly free in your vinyasa class yet weren’t quite sure how to add in extra flare with your arm balance practice? In this arm–balancing workshop we will explore some hard-core techniques to make arm balancing more accessible. Practitioners of all levels are welcome. Beginners will find an opportunity to take a safe flight to poses like crow, side crow, firefly and peacock, as more advanced yogis will given the opportunity to play with transitions. The workshop will also include discussion of yoga philosophy dealing with the concept of fear in our life and practice.
