In this Back-bending workshop we will learn how to safely enter and exit poses like Ustrasana, Purvottanasana, Dhanurasana and Urdhva dhanurasana. we will also explore the relationship between deep backbends and open shoulders and hips.

More advanced yogis will be given tools to access imbalanced poses like Eka pada raja kapotasana and Natrajasana.
Together we will try and find the balance between ease and effort in these unique poses, and open our hearts”.
